About the Role
Join the frontlines of The Bahamas' premier guest experience as a Cruise Operations Representative with Bahamas Experience Tours (BET). In this role, you’ll represent our brand at the Nassau Cruise Port, ensuring smooth tour operations, warm guest engagement, and top-tier logistics coordination. You’ll be the bridge between guests, guides, drivers, and our headquarters—delivering moments that matter from dock to departure.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Arrive early to prepare all materials, wristbands, signage, and supplies for each cruise tour
- Greet and check in guests, handle special requests, and ensure smooth tour boarding
- Send accurate guest counts to HQ before and after each departure
- Coordinate with tour guides, bus drivers, and internal teams to ensure on-time execution
- Monitor the tour schedule and communicate any delays or changes in real-time
- Uphold the company’s brand standards in appearance, signage, and service
- Collect guest feedback and report operational challenges after each tour
- Maintain safety, comply with regulations, and assist with minor guest or tour-related incidents
Requirements
Education & Experience
High school diploma required
2–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or tour/event coordination
Preferred: Certifications or training in branding, hospitality, or guest experience
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and mobile communication platforms
Fast problem-solving ability under pressure
Strong organization and time management
Team player who thrives in dynamic outdoor environments
