About the Role
As an MTS Coordinator, you'll be a key frontline ambassador for Miramar Transportation Services (MTS)—overseeing luxury transportation operations at the airport or partner resorts. Whether managing arrivals at Lynden Pindling International Airport or coordinating guest movements at high-end resorts, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless transfers, polished service, and a consistent brand presence.
This role is ideal for a polished, organized professional who thrives in high-touch, fast-paced hospitality environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcome and engage guests warmly, offering assistance with luggage and transfers
- Monitor chauffeur schedules and ensure timely vehicle staging and readiness
- Conduct vehicle and appearance checks to meet luxury standards
- Liaise with dispatch, chauffeurs, resort teams, and airport personnel to maintain flow
- Ensure amenities such as water, child car seats, and signage are stocked and in use
- Respond to and resolve guest inquiries, operational issues, and service disruptions
- Submit daily reports, including incident logs and guest interaction summaries
- Rotate across airport and resort assignments as needed
Requirements
Education & Experience
High school diploma required
2–3 years’ experience in customer service, hospitality, airport operations, or luxury transportation
Hospitality or tourism certification is a strong asset
Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal communication and guest service delivery
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in dynamic environments
Time management, punctuality, and attention to detail
Tech-comfortable (WhatsApp, phone systems, scheduling software)
Team player who takes pride in professional presentation and service
